I went to the gym for years and never got any results. After a short time with Sean I was making progress

The Garage Club provides me with both a routine and a mini support system. Sean's program has helped me to make time
for myself to exercise which makes me a better mom,releive stress and controls my high blood pressure. Due to being pregnant
and other health issues, I frequently have aches/pains and limitations on what I can do. Sean understands this and customizes
my workouts each day. I am healthier now and am able to keep up with my two year old!

Privacy and support at the Garage Club is far more beneficial to me than being in a commercialized gym where everyone
watches what you do. Sean has shown me how to exercise correctly which has given me great results. I have lost several
inches and am more comfortable in my clothes. I enjoy working out with Sean and Amanda, it helps to relieve stress
and have fun.

Sean is a great motivator.  He encourages me to work harder and to push myself more than I ever would on my own.  He makes
me accountable.  As much as I hate to admit it he even makes working out fun.  His stories and corny jokes are a distraction from
the pain.  I am in much better shape and feel better about myself as a result of the workouts.  Many of my family members suffer
from osteoporosis, but I attribute my recent normal bone density scan to all those weight bearing exercises with Sean.

I have worked with Sean McCabe for a year now. I would recommend him, as a trainer,  to anyone interested in exercising.
He ensures that you work hard but is careful that you do not get hurt in the process. He is punctual and reliable. He has never
missed a meeting. I really enjoy working out with him because he makes it challenging and fun!
