Running/Triathlon
We take a unique approach to running and triathlon training. Through a series of body weight, weight exercises, and balance/core work training we have developed a specific style which strengthens target muscles, ligaments and tendons used while doing these activities. This not only makes you faster but helps to keep you injury free while shooting for a target distance or race.
Life Guard Style Workouts
Life guard workouts use an actual ocean life guard boat in Jordan Lake. Rowing promotes
full body, low impact, cardiovascular core training. This training also includes short runs,
short swims and calisthenics that are actual life guard workouts and designed for people
of all levels of fitness. As with all our programs, there will be some short homework
and nutritional tips for recovery and better eating habits.
Weight Loss
Don't feel like you're ready for a group program and want to just get started on a better lifestyle and lose some weight first?
No problem! We will take you as far as you want to go. We teach lifting and cardio that works for you and better eating habits.
We will be there every step of the way to help you achieve consistent, long term, as pain free as possible results. We will teach
you what good pain and bad pain are. Soreness is part of the process. Our experts don't just make you sore and send you
on your way. Our hour long workouts teach you how to take care of yourself during and after exercise.
Speed /Agility/Balance/Core
How good can you be as an athlete? You'll never know until you're doing the right things. This training is for athletes starting at age 8 through college and beyond. We can teach old dogs new tricks and keep young ones from making mistakes. These are specifically designed 6-8 weeks programs that increase a person's fitness knowledge, speed, agility, and balance/core strength. There are
time trials at the beginning and end of the training. You will post better times for competition!
Knowledge is the key along with practice. Only perfect practice makes perfect. So if a person , especially a young person, learns incorrectly, they can limit their potential. This program has take away information and diagrams to help keep the individual on
the path to success.
Office Group Training
Finding it hard to exercise due to time constraints? This program provides offices with group training scheduled around the
office's work schedule. Circuit training is the key to success for groups. Training is designed to be adaptable to all levels within
the same class. Higher levels constitute more balance and speed while beginners learn the same movements and gain strength.
Core work and ABS end the class.
