Meet Tony:

Prior to working out with Garage Club Fitness, Tony worked with several trainers and tried many different “cookie cutter” programs without obtaining the results he desired.  We started a program that he thought was crazy as it was so different from the workouts he had done in the past.  He soon discovered
what had been missing all along to be successful in his training.


Tony has now been a client for over three years.  His improvement
in his strength has been most impressive, he increased his bench
press from 100 pounds to 195 pounds! Considering he weighs
only 135 pounds, he is extremely happy with his results.

Tony's workouts are constantly changing and coupled with his
hard work,he continues to be successful in gaining strength.
Tony is a perfect example of when fitness is personalized
and done right, results can be beyond what you think is possible.
