Meet Amanda & Catherine:

Amanda and Catherine are a classic example of how friends help accountability. They have been training together consistently to stay healthy for years.
They are two of the strongest women I have ever trained! We use an array
of different exercises to keep them fit and motivated. It never gets boring
training these two.

Amanda has lost 40 lbs. She has had one child during training and is
now pregnant again and feeling great. Staying heart healthy and flexible
with minimal weight training are her current goals. We will continue to train throughout most of this pregnancy, take  a little time off and then continue.

Catherine has lost 30 lbs despite her asthma and busy work schedule.
She shows up early to get  extra cardio in before she lifts. Staying fit is her
top priority.

These two women are the nicest people you will ever meet. Their great attitudes toward working out helps to keep exercising fun. They have lost 70 lbs together
and just as importantly kept it off.
